Most people don't think of VHS tapes as historic, but some recordings are now 40 years old. That's a problem for a small West Seattle museum trying to preserve its video history before it disintegrates. Coming to the rescue: a tiny nonprofit located in Seattle City Hall called Moving Image Preservation of Puget Sound (MIPoPS).
